STEPHANIE LANGFORD, 
Administrative Assistant

Stephanie was born and raised in Deer Lake, NL. After high school, she graduated from the College of the North Atlantic with a diploma in Executive Administration in 2012.  This program qualified her to work in different professional settings such as medical clinics, school divisions and sales.

After completing the program, Stephanie moved to Calgary, AB and took a position at Advantage Health as an administrative and clinic assistant to gain work experience. During this time, Stephanie developed an interest in health and wellness.

To further her career in administration, Stephanie then took a job working for wolf creek public school board where she could fine tune her professional skills and people skills.

Stephanie became a member of the ActiveLife team in January 2020. She was very happy to find a job in her hometown and to be a part of the community to facilitate her passion for wellness, administration and working with people.

Aside from work, Stephanie spends most of the time with her son Weston, two birds and a dog. She enjoys being in nature, meditation, reading, and being around animals. Stephanie loves to smile and appreciates and enjoys a good cup of coffee.
