During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have put in place new policies and procedures to keep our clients and our staff safe while serving your healthcare needs.

These include:

- Pre-screening (for COVID-19 symptoms) before coming into the clinic. Please note that we will not be allowing clients or staff who are showing potential symptoms into our facility. If you have travelled outside of the Atlantic Bubble within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days, you will not be allowed to enter the clinic until after your 14 days of isolation and are symptom-free/clear of COVID-19.

- Virtual Waiting Room: Clients will be sent paperwork/resources prior to coming to the clinic. We will ask you to wait in your car until we call you into our clinic for your scheduled appointment

- We ask that you come to your appointment alone unless you need assistance (need to have a caretaker with you)

- Hand Washing Station upon entry to our facility- all clients and staff must wash hands before entering and leaving the clinic space

- All clients and staff will be required to wear a mask, please bring your own mask to the clinic for each visit

We have increased cleaning and disinfecting within our facility which may at times, take a little longer to call you into our facility. Please be patient as we are making sure the space is disinfected for your safety.
